ICD JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM-SPRING 2021

This program is open to ICD Parishioners who live within the parish boundaries. Golf is open to boys and girls 1st through 8th grade. The Little League Division (1st through 4th grade) and The Big League Division (5th through 8th grade). To make this program successful we will need team managers and volunteers to sign up.  Sign ups begin January 24th and are  open thru Sunday February 21st 2021 

Two divisions:    

Little League Division 

Grades 1st through 4th – boys and girls – no experience necessary – must live within the parish boundaries Professional golf instruction –

 6 - 50 minute team group clinics / teams limited to 10 children -Play two (2) nine hole golf matches on mini course at family golf complex in O’Fallon, MO off of highway k (in front of pheasant run golf course) Non-competitive golf program for the beginner $120 per golfer.   This program will begin around the middle of April weather permitting and end around the middle/end of June.  The program is conducted only on the weekends.

Big League Division

Grades 5th through 8th– boys and girls – no experience necessary – must live within the parish boundaries Professional golf instruction –

 4 - 50 minute team group clinics / teams limited to 8 juniors. Play six (6) nine hole golf tournaments on Pheasant Run golf course in O’fallon MO, -Hawks Ridge in Lake St. Louis Teams will be grouped by grade/gender/experience and will play other teams of like skill .There will be a MANDATORY -1 hour “Rules of Golf/Golf Etiquette” seminar held to review the program with parents and juniors – you and your junior must attend one.  $165 per golfer.   Each team will consist of a team manager and assistant.  Each participant must have own set of golf clubs. This program will begin around the first weekend of March weather permitting and end around the end of June.  The program is conducted only on the weekends. 

All clinics will be conducted by: PGA professionals, PGA apprentices, PGA pre-apprentices, LPGA Professionals, TPI certified instructors. 

Sign ups:

Go to the Apple App Store or to Google Play Store for Android users.  You will choose the Team Sideline App with the Blue background. 

• You will sign in using the email and password you used to sign your child up to play. 

• You will see the teams you are registered for. This includes the teams you coach. 

• You will see the upcoming season specifics including schedules and guidelines as they are added in the near future.

• You will be able to communicate with the team using email and chat functions.
