Vocations

It is important that young men and women on their vocational journey find acceptance, listening, and encouragement in their communities, and that they can look up to credible models of generous dedication to God and to their brothers and sisters… And to young people, I say:

Do not be afraid! Accept the invitation of the Church and of Christ the Lord!”

— Pope Leo XIV

Holy Orders and Other Vocations

It should be a normal part of every young Catholic’s life to ask, “God, are you calling me to be a priest? Are you calling me to be a religious sister?” If you have ever felt a tug toward this radical kind of commitment to Christ, do not be afraid! Connect with one of our priests here for advice on discernment.

Vocation Chalice Program

Families are invited to take home the “vocation chalice” for one week and pray together for an increase in vocations. The chalice is presented during Sunday Mass with a short blessing.
