Anointing of the Sick & Pastoral Care

Jesus is especially close to those who are sick, suffering, or in need of healing. Through the Anointing of the Sick, the Church offers comfort, peace, and strength during times of illness or difficulty—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

The Anointing of the Sick is offered…

  • At the time of a grave diagnosis or serious accident.

  • When there is a notable worsening of a serious illness.

Our priests consider this a great privilege and responsibility. To receive this sacrament, please call the Parish Office at 636-561-6611 to speak with a priest.

Pastoral Care of the Sick

Our Pastoral Care Ministry provides ongoing spiritual support to parishioners who are ill, elderly, or homebound. Through prayer, sacraments, and presence, we bring the love of Christ to those who need it most.

We offer:

  • Visits to the homebound, elderly, and those in care facilities

  • Follow-up visits after hospitalization or during hospice care

  • Prayerful support and connection to parish life

To request a visit—or to learn how you can volunteer—please call the Parish Office at 636-561-6611.

Holy Communion for the Homebound

If you or someone you love is unable to attend Mass, our ministers will bring Holy Communion to your home on a weekly basis. Please call the Parish Office to arrange a visit.

Hospital Visits

If you or a loved one is hospitalized, we would be honored to visit and pray with you. Due to privacy laws, hospitals no longer inform parishes when someone is admitted, so please contact us directly.

Call the Parish Office at 636-561-6611 so we can stay connected and support you.
